Right of withdrawal and return

We regret that you wish to return/cancel your order. If you have any problems with your order or if parts are missing, please contact us in advance by phone on 04232 416 9999 or email In many cases the problem can be resolved without returning/cancelling the order.

If the goods are delivered damaged, we will of course cover the return costs in the event of a defect that was not our fault.

However, if the delivery is returned due to, for example, dissatisfaction or incorrect ordering, the customer must bear the return costs.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason*.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of delivery.

- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

** If the goods you received are a charging station that was individually manufactured for you according to your specifications, it is not possible to return the goods and they are also not refundable because they were manufactured exactly according to your specifications and are therefore no longer saleable.

- Unless the reason for the return is due to a defect, damage or incorrect product information, you as the customer will bear the return costs. You can use a service provider of your choice here.

​ - To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Crebus Gmbh, Salzstr. 9, 85622 Feldkirchen, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to with the subject: Cancellation is preferred and guarantees faster processing

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. 

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction , unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to repay until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us to Crebus GmbH, Salzstraße 9, 85622 Feldkirchen b. Munich, Email:, promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
